We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor - Bilingual in Mandarin to join our team at Loan Factory, the fastest growing mortgage broker in the country. We are looking to hire strong talent with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle a high loan volume. The candidate must be able to work well in a team environment, with a willingness to train and mentor more junior teammates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mortgage loan processor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency with mortgage loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new processes and technologies.
